Yes! As my last test to this new dA version, I wanted to check out the improved Jornal system... (although it's basically the same system, the new layout really looks good on it) And i could think on a better way to do so but by telling how I received this new version!

Well... at first, my mom didn't wanted me to spent all night waiting for it (yes... she has realized that I haven't got more than 4 hours of sleep lately, but I'm okay, so everything must be alright with me!). But after some discussion, she finally fell asleep and I was able to keep on the dAmn's Birthday channel! I stayed there since 12:26 pm (Central Time), looking all the sorts of things that a dA user can do just for getting a free sub... even me! yes, I was dragged for some contests I couldn't resist... but anyways, I didn't got anything but a few laughs and meeting with an old friend there.

After 12:00 pm... the mood became very heavy between dAmn users, to the point that some of them started to think that the whole dAv5 was just a lie and that it won't be launching until next year... some llama spamming, and a pair (...of hundred) nonsensical lines, and even some desperation from all us... And it wasn't for less. My time strip was very kind with me for letting me spent most of the waiting in daytime... but for many of the other users there, it has been the longest wait of all, and by that time, surely they were hungry, cold and fainting (like me now...)... and having to wait more was really the worst part of all!

But after more than 6 hours waiting in front of my PC, I finally was able to view dA's latest version, at 1:58 am, nearly by accident, when I clicked on one of my History links... (I have to admit that I've also lost my hope at that moment, and all that I wanted was to continue on the work I had to left for attending at the various events of dA's birthday... and record today's chapter of Tomorrow's Nadja) and well, I got to see the new version... with some graphic errors, probably caused by the way I entered the page) finally!

And lastly, I was able to explore and test it while I was watching one of my favorite chapter of Nadja's anime... which was the better I could expect after waiting for a long time, shivering, with hungry, and a terrible headache...So, although I wasn't able to get a prize, I think that my first dA anniversary wasn't so bad at all, isn't it?
